Inside Sales Rep
Job Responsibilities:
Seeking an Inside Sales Representative to handle responsibilities including active prospecting, qualifying, pitching from a script and closing. This position would primarily include calling prospective customers to sell our complimentary product subscription.
Must be able to handle on average a call rate of 100-120 calls a day, 80 contacts/day, with at least 30 contracts sold per month. In addition, we expect our inside Sales Rep to maintain relationships with prospective customers through the entire sales cycle, and work as a team member with other employees. This person will be expected to receive incoming calls for the Sales department and be flexible in helping to route calls for other departments when requested.
Skills / Requirements
• 2+ years experience in Inside Sales (outbound business – to – business telesales) is a must!
• Telephone sales skills including qualifying, telephonic presentation skills, and strong interpersonal/rapport building skills.
• Ability top thrive in a fast paced work setting.
• Clear understanding of the sale cycle.
• Team spirit and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter, driven with great follow-through skills.
• Knowledge of sales tracking system helpful.
• Knowledge of selling into medical physician offices/healthcare, a plus.
Educational/Technical Requirements:
Associates degree preferred
