SUMMARY
The candidate will execute management activities including daily interactions with healthcare providers, medical record review, document processing and data verifications. Responds to beneficiaries, healthcare providers, internal/external customers calls and requests with team defined parameters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
These include the following and all other duties as assigned. The responsibilities listed
below constitute an initial list of tasks that may be modified or expanded as necessary by
the organization to maintain negotiated contractual obligations.
Maintain daily communication with senior project coordinator regarding status of reviews.
Execute core medical record review processes.
Assist in the management of communication and correspondence (if required).
Assist in the creation, design, and production of management reports.
Provide administrative support to management including, but not limited to, scheduling and staffing meetings, organizing and producing documents, maintaining filing systems, mailings and other daily tasks.
Review the assigned number of medical records each workday with a 95% reliability rating.
Will complete all reviews within the defined time frames.
Assist in evaluation of current team processes; creation, implementation and evaluation of new processes required by team.

Clinical nursing background.
