Executive Directed needed for Non-Profit organization.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Employs, supervises and terminates personnel
•Prepares annual budget to be revised and approved by the Board of Directors
•Approves expenditure of funds
•Oversees all existing programs and develops new programs consistent with stated policy
•Provide oversight of risk management process.
•Ensure the successful performance of the Directors of Programs, Development, and Finance and the Administrative Assistant.
•Prepare and submit all requests for funding from government entities, United Way, and foundations

Requirements:
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience: a masters degree in social work or related area of study from college or university and at least two years experience in the management or supervision of a non-profit organization; or a bachelors degree in social work or related study from college or university and four years experience in the management or supervision of a non-profit organization.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret common journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
