Lead drafter needed to direct efforts in modeling and documenting design activities to support product, supply chain and strategic plans.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and participate in creation and maintenance of BOMs, drawings, parts, and service drawings.
* Conduct audits to ensure quality and accuracy of documentation.
* Creation, audit, release and maintenance through production of:
o Engineering BOM's
o 3D formed / assembly models
o 2D blank part models
o 2D production drawings
o Service documentation
o Engineering instructions
* Conduct documentation audits to ensure quality of all documentation
* Lead creation and release of complex projects
* Coordinate efforts of drafters
* Prepare release of ECOs for new products
* Create, and modify existing, 3D CAD models from engineers spec's
* Propose and implement process improvements
* Train and support drafting staff
* Provide estimates for proposoals/quotes

Qualifications:
* AAS Drafting Design Technology required.
* Proficient with 2D and 3D CAD platforms
* Eight years experience in drafting.
