Able to develop new tooling and machine methods, cost estimates and resolve engineering problems.
Review prints for accuracy of product specifications, geometry, dimensions, and quality standards
Interacts with customers, design engineers and staff concerning product design and tooling in a effort to reduce costs and ensure efficient production methods.
Designs and/or requisitions tools and gauges.
Estimating includes production times, tooling, labor and material costs.
Works with managentment and staff to address manufacturing processes, production schedules and improvements.
Provides CNC operators with programs and other information to make quality parts in a cost effective manner.

Previous experience in metal removal necessary.
