Looking for a full-time position utilizing customer service skills spoken in Spanish? We have a company in Germantown (beautiful new facility!)that is looking to fill a position called a Bilingual (Spanish) Collector. This company purchases finance contracts as people buy, for example, Rainbow Vacuum cleaners and the person in this role simply calls people that have made purchases, verifies terms of the contract that has been agreed upon and, if they have fallen behind on payments, this person negotiates terms to begin receiving payments. They then do relevant documentation in a computer system. The hours are full-time including 3 days with 1st shift hours (8:30 to 5PM) and 2 days of a split 1st and 2nd shift (12:30 PM to 9PM). The days you would work these evening shifts are negotiable!

MUST BE BILINGUAL WITH SPANISH AS THE 2ND LANGUAGE....NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Previous customer service or collections experience required!!!!
