This engineering firm is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a Team Leader/Civil Engineer.

Education/certifications:
* Must have a BS in Civil Engineering
* PE registration in Wisconsin or availability to get it in WI
* 4+years experience in building site design and pavement design expertise (which they will receive assistance in learning as needed)
* Autocad experience to use as needed is preferred.

Duties:
Will assist the Sales Engineer in project sales proposals to project acceptance. Work specifically with industrial/commercial/institutional clients to develop site plans. Will be project lead for design and personnel management. Projects will cover storm water management, sanitary collection systems, water distribution, and drain design. An expertise in the latest pavement design for stormwater and runoffs will develop to bring into SE Wisconsin projects.

Main abilities will be to run project from design conception to completion to include personnel management as needed.
