Specific Requirements
Metalworking/fabrication experience.
Experience with machine design, modifications, and troubleshooting automation including pneumatic, mechanical and electrical components.
Generate designs and detail drawings for: gauges, fixtures, special machinery, manufacturing equipment, replacement parts, equipment modifications, etc.
Optimize and update processing layouts, building layouts, floor plans, and equipment.
Experienced with using Microsoft Office 2000 or newer.
A proven working knowledge of AutoCAD version 2000 or newer. Experience with 3D solid modeling using AutoDesk Inventor 8.0 and newer or SolidWorks 2005 and newer would be very beneficial.
Working knowledge of GD&T
Working knowledge and/or experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma framework, PLC programming, ISO-14001, and TS-16949 a plus
