You will be providing service to auto and home policyholders by handling client inquiries and processing policy changes. You will review billing and make changes as necessary. 95% of the job will involve speaking/assisting the clients via inbound calls.

Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role.
Must have an established work history, no job jumping and good longevity.
Must be ok with taking inbound calls.
Must have a HS diploma.
Must be comfortable with the Internet.
Must have basic MSWD skills.

Hours: Full time shifts available from 9:45am-midnight. (Which will include every 4th Saturday.)
Pay: $11.50 / hr.
