Jobing Description
You will provide external domestic and foreign customers with parts support and order status information as well as support the sales team in the selling process. You will connect the customers with the service or engineering support areas for troubleshooting or technical questions. You will also be responsible for order entry, customer quotes, returns as well as maintain customer machinery profiles, maintain customer orders and quote files, work with other team members to develop the information necessary to submit quotes, back incoming phone calls and help out wherever needed.
Must have customer service experience and office experience - ideally in a manufacturing environment. Must have basic MSWD and Excel skills. Must have excellent writing correspondence skills and basic math ability. Must have excellent phone communication skills and etiquette. Hours: 7:30am-3:30pm and 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay: $10.00-$14.00 / hr. + commission. Skills / Requirements
