You will be responsible for general ledger, financial statements, A/P, A/R and payroll for 12 employees. You will handle all direct deposit, analysis, collection calls, pay bills electronically, end of period journal entries and other accounting and office functions as assigned.

Must have accounting experience.
Highly prefer an accounting degree.
Must have MSWD and Excel and prefer QuickBooks experience.
Prefer knowledge in Access and PowerPoint.
Must able to handle confidential information.

Hours: 4 hours per day between 8:00am-5:00pm. Must be ok to go full time in the future if necessary.
Pay: $12.00 / hr.
