Jobing Description
You will be assisting the HR / payroll shared service team and will be involved with the development, testing and implementation of the HRIS system. You will define and document the HR processes and procedures, make sure the software is being used the best way possible to streamline business as well as review, update and approve policies and procedures. You will also develop and maintain all HRIS instructions, generate user reporting requirements, create reports, develop and maintain the training manuals, act as a liaison between the business units and the corporate office, assist IT with data conversions, define user security and assist in the research and evaluation of new HRIS modules.
Must have 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, HR, and/or experience in implementation of an HRIS system. Must have a strong knowledge of HR processes. Must have a BA degree or equivalent experience. Must have experience with multi-state payroll. Prefer PHR or SPHR certification. Must have strong MSWD, Excel and PowerPoint experience. Must be very confidential! Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm.
