Jobing Description
The primary responsibilities include assisting with recruitment of new employees including reviewing of applications and scheduling, performing pre-employment checks, maintaining personnel files, administering the employee service award program, processing terminated employee files and performing administrative responsibilities for the department such as composing and typing letters, filing, copying, organizing, printing reports, collating, distributing information, putting together mailings and other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
Must have office experience. Must have MSWD and Excel skills. Bilingual in English and Hmong is highly preferred. Must have excellent communication skills. Hours: 20 hours per week between 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay: $9.00-$10.50 / hr. Skills / Requirements
