You will be setting up and maintaining master files in the database and the customer files in the A/R software. You will work closely with the sales department to create and distribute invoices, process cash receipts for coffee services, make bank deposits and follow up with past due customers. You will be taking the raw data and pulling it for inventory, provide computer support for other users in the company, and back up to process daily sales with the coin and bill counting equipment.

Must have a good understanding of accounting principles.
Must have experience or a 2-year degree.
Must have a good understanding of computers in order to support other users.
Must have MSWD and Excel skills.
Must have good analytical skills, high accuracy and be able to meet deadlines.

Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm.
Pay: $11.00 / hr.
