Jobing Description
You will manage and track actual contract costs to compare proposed costs, work with contract administration on current contract status and with new proposal development, maintain and update contract files for vouchering, prepare, cross-reference and submit vouchers, prepare and update cost schedule status reports, prepare journal entries for off computer inventory accts, etc. You will also prepare account reconciliations and update audit schedules.
Qualifications: Must have 2+ years of relevant work experience in finance and / or a 4-year degree in accounting and finance. Must have MSWD and Excel experience. Prefer JD Edwards’s experience. Must be detailed and accurate. Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm. Pay: $17.00 / hr. Skills / Requirements
