Jobing.com currently serves 18 local communities across 8 states and we have every intention to continue our growth. In order to keep our pace, we are looking for a few great people to join our Management Development Program (MDP).

This 24-month program will expose the selected candidates to various aspects of our business, including local market sales, client services, community relations, and special projects in functional areas working directly with members of the Executive Team. While in this program you will experience the responsibilities of a local market GM. These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

engaging, motivating, and inspiring the sales team in an effort to grow revenue

setting revenue goals

conducting performance management/coaching meetings

running outside sales appointments

recruiting and training of team members

managing the P&L

participating in relevant local community events and networking functions

The program will also consist of classroom and self-paced/eLearning modules which complement and support your growth by giving you the needed foundational understanding of our business. The ideal candidate for this opportunity is a fiercely competitive, driven and motivated individual with a strong leadership track record and a proven background in relationship sales management. Candidates must have a vision for building a company and be able to roll-up their sleeves and personally build the business. If you’re passionate about your success and unwilling to let anything stand in your way, you’re just the type of person we’re looking to hire. Candidates with prior experience in human resources sales (established relationships are an asset), strong understanding of Internet technologies and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships quickly are highly desired. A bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred. Oh, by the way, during the course of the MDP and/or upon successful completion of the MDP, there is a 99.9% chance you will be relocating to the next Jobing.com community.
