Our dedicated and talented inside sales team is a phone based sales position which focuses on developing relationships, setting appointments, consulting with our clients to find the best solutions for their local recruitment needs and uncovering new leads. We are a fun, energized and passionate group that partners with the best local employers, assisting them with their unique recruitment needs. This role may be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle: from prospecting, cold calling, servicing existing clients and closing the sale.
Success is driven by becoming a subject matter knowledge expert in the industries you serve. Daily activity would include: making 60 calls a day to both new and existing customers, setting at least 5 appointments per week for your outside sales team member and researching for new sales opportunities.

Skills / Requirements
Sales background helpful but not required for candidates that can convince us that they'll do a great job building our team, their career, and our company.
Experience in staffing sales/service, employment advertising, recruiting, human resources and/or Internet technology sales is helpful.
The successful candidate must be very comfortable working with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and IE. A demonstrated ability to search and research via the internet is critical.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential to long term success.
