Jobing Description
Accounting Clerk needed for company located Downtown


Will be responsible for reconciling/balancing accounts from the GL to spreadsheet recaps. Will also be responsible for inactivating vendors, clients, general ledger accounts. Must be willing to do sorting, filing, etc...

Skills / Requirements
Must have have previous experience reconciling and balancing accounts from the General Ledger to spreadsheet recaps. Experience in balancing between multi-company inter-company accounts and experience in sweep account bank reconciliations is a plus! Must be familiar with Excel and excellent data entry skills. Must be very detail oriented.

Important Notes
This is a temporary position (3-4 months).
