Our dentists supervise the clinical operations and personnel of the dental assisting and hygiene operations of their assigned dental practices. They are required to execute all their clinical and administrative duties and responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, clinical protocols, and all applicable state and federal laws. Their responsibilities include coaching and training clinical personnel, and assisting Office Managers in the leadership of the dental office team. Our Dentists also work in cooperation and coordination with our dental Office Managers in the planning, assigning, and directing of the dental operations, providing exceptional clinical services, and in appropriately addressing all patient complaints and resolving customer service problems.

Doctoral degree (D.D.S. or D.M.D.) with related experience in the clinical practice of dentistry and/or with sufficient training from a certified dental school or university.

A Current Clinical License to Practice Dentistry in the State of Florida.
