Skills / Requirements
Candidates must have a professional attitude and an outgoing friendly personality along with excellent communications and customer service skills. An understanding of dental insurance and clinical terminology as well as the ability to work with treatment financing options is a must. Knowledge of dental practice management software, particularly QSI, as well as bilingual fluency would be very valuable.
