As a back of house Angler you must:
- Passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications
- Execute Bonefish Standards on food specifications
- Follow all QAR Standards to ensure food safety for our guest
- Be a Team player
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
