JOB SUMMARY: |
NORC at the University of Chicago seeks a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated communications professional to join its Strategic Communications team as an Internal Communications Manager. The person in this role will serve as the reliable day-to-day lead for internal corporate communications, working closely with the Associate Director to help our team stay on track and thrive. The ideal candidate sees themselves as a problem-solver, relationship-builder, and an eagle eye. They dont let things slip through the cracks and hold themselves to a high standard, but they care about their coworkers, and this shows up in their work and how they collaborate with others.

DEPARTMENT: Strategic Communications and External Affairs | Strategic Communications and External Affairs supports the entire NORC organization with expertise in corporate communications and creative services, external affairs, internal communications, and select project-level communications. Inside the Strategic Communications department, the internal communications team strengthens NORC by informing, empowering, and engaging?NORC colleagues through communications that invite interaction and encourage human connection. SALARY AND BENEFITS: |
The pay range for this position is $96,000- $144,000. This position is classified as regular. Regular staff are eligible for NORCs comprehensive benefits program. Benefits include, but are not limited to:
