Recruitment Advertising Consultant (Inside Sales)

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our industry-leading Job Fairs in the Cincinnati, OH, and Indianapolis, IN markets. With the support of the Job News team, you will lead the effort to host and execute successful Job Fairs in your dedicated markets. This includes selling and growing the customer base for each event, managing all aspects of the event, and identifying and building out marketing partnerships with local media and community partners.  

In your first year, anticipate earning between $42,000 to $60,000 total annual compensation, inclusive of a competitive base salary. From year two onwards, expect to earn $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Bonuses include sales commission and activity-based bonuses. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Build new Job Fair business across multiple markets 
• Create and present compelling sales proposals showcasing our creative advertising solutions through online platforms and in-person meetings
• Generate new leads through direct interaction, leveraging existing relationships, cold outreach, and social media channels, supported by our industry leads
• Meet sales targets through acquiring new accounts and retaining existing ones
• Educate clients on how our services can enhance their recruitment efforts, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Demonstrate a high level of energy and commitment to achieving sales goals
• Embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, driven by the desire to control your income
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards through regular client follow-up

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of successful inside sales experience
• Familiarity with the Recruitment Advertising Industry preferred but not required
• Proven track record of surpassing sales targets
• Strong strategic sales planning abilities
• Highly organized and effective in managing tasks
• Ability to cultivate and sustain professional relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday in the Louisville, Kentucky office location. Typical work hours are 8:30 - 5:00, some flexibility on office hours may be offered. 

Travel:

The ideal candidate will host 6-10 Job Fairs annually and would be willing to travel to these locations. Required travel on average is 1-2 nights per month.
